Activision Account Loss

I wanted to post this here because I am running out of options it feels.

I was emailed about my Activision account being unlinked from my Xbox account. I followed the links that were given as an option for if I did not unlink the account.

The link had me create a brand new activision account with a new email. It also told me to link my Xbox account to this new activision account. It even said that this account would be temporary until the original was recovered. I then completed the form for account recovery, giving the original account email and adding in additional details. I added that I was emailed about the unlinking, could not access warzone also losing all of my progress (camos, battle pass, purchases, rank, etc.). I also added that when I checked the companion app, some completely different named profile was signed in saying a PlayStation account was linked (I don’t even own a PlayStation). There were stats and recent games on the app that were created by me. Finally, I added that I am certain I was hacked.

After submitting this form, I am emailed a case number and to give them 24 hours to check it. About 15 minutes after I submit every time, they send another email saying my case is invalid because it does not match the purpose of the form. The link they then give, sends me to “managing activision account” or something of the sort. Here it just gives the processes for: 1. Creating a new account 2. Setting up two factor security 3. Linking console account 4. Unlinking console account 5. Linking a streaming account. Obviously, none of these help me in my predicament.

As I said, I cannot get a hold of anyone or anything helpful, and am just really hoping someone here can give me some guidance. I just don’t want to lose all of the progress I made since MW came out in 2019.
