    Active Ultimate subscription not recognized


    Skip Ahead Xbox One X: I am not able to play any Game Pass or GwG games since updating to the latest build.

    I get error 0x80a20303, about a failed sign in attempt, but even after signing myself in, my ultimate subscription is not recognized. No problem playing disc based, or purchased digital games.

    Hello! did you have an active subscription when you subsvribed to Ultimate? if so, it was merged into the Ultimate subscription.

    Yes! The gamepass app recognizes my gamepass ultimate subscription. It's a gamepass app bug.

    What i mean is, i bought the ultimate subscription but the Xbox (Beta) app on pc does not register that i have an active subscription. On my active subscriptions on my Microsoft account on the website says i have the ultimate edition.

    Yeah so 3:2 is for converting an active core subscription to ultimate.
    Not redeeming a 3 month core code to an active ultimate.

    Upgrading Xbox Live Gold to Game Pass Ultimate

    Yes. As long as you don't have an active Ultimate subscription, any standard Gold or Game Pass you have will upgrade to Ultimate if you buy an Ultimate subscription.
