"Active profile signed out in halo mcc" XBOX

I can't be in the start menu or play offline / online for less than 5 minutes because I get that "active profile signed out" message

i have xbox one X

im having the same issue right now. happened all day yesterday randomly. my account isnt on any other console and i can play every other game perfectly fine. no idea why its happening , must be some weird bug... i hope it stops becuase i cant even play the
game

Do you hace your account on another Console?

You can delete and download your profile again, also update your password from your account.

Sorry to hear it. If your gamertag is signing out randomly then please try deleting then redownloading it. That should fix the problem

That looks, to me, that you are being signed on elsewhere.

Go here: https://account.microsoft.com/security/

sign in, and click on Sign In Activity.

This will show you devices and locations you have signed in. I'd do this first before reinstalling the game just to be on the safe side.
