    I have an active code for Just Cause 2, I try to redeem it, it goes to ask me to confirm, but then doesn't work. It has been proven that it is still active.

    Hey, Justin! Any games that were purchased near the end of December that you should get codes for have been delayed. If you do not get your codes by end of day on Monday, please post back so that we can look into it further. Thanks for understanding!

    Can you clarify what error you get when you try to redeem the code? Please be sure the region of your account matches the region you're located. Cross-region accounts aren't supported can cause trouble redeeming codes

    I'm sorry to see any issues with redeeming your Just Cause 2 token. Can you please post back with the error code that should be showing at the bottom of your screen when you attempt to redeem that? It should start with either 0x or XBOS.
    From there, we will be able to troubleshoot further.
