Activate YouTube account on Xbox one

trying to sign in to my youtube account on my xone and it tells me to go to YouTube.com/activate to enter the code provided. Only issue is when I try to go there I end up on a page of videos where activate is the users name. How can I get to the code input
part and not some lame page. Any and all help appreciated.

Youtube login doesn´t work

Before I can login to my youtube account on my XBOX One i´ll have to activate it on youtube.com/activate. When I do this it always says the code is wrong. Anybody any thoughts on how to be able to logon?

Cannot Log In To My Youtube Account

Youtube on the XBOX keeps requiring me to go and enter a password on my COMPUTER. The Xbox One wants me to go to a google activate site. Youtube
on the Xbox will give me a generated code that is split by a space. The Xbox instructions do not tell me if I am suppose to include the space. It will give me a code that resembles something like this: XCVM HPLQ as in always eight capital letters
with a space between them. When I try to enter the code on my PC on the google activate site that Xbox told me to go to,
the password always fails.

Xbox One is refusing to let me sign in to my Youtube on my Xbox One account.

If other members of my household get on their Xbox One accounts they have no problem logging into Youtube. Same Xbox One console as I use. Why am I being blocked from my Youtube account which is in good standing?

What you'll need to do is click on your Youtube username (you'll need to create a Youtube account if you don't already have one) then you can enter the code provided on the console.

youtube only uses a google account, google owns and operates youtube. are you signing into google with the code via a web browser youtube/activate if so make sure your browser is logging into the correct google account prior to activation.

Hello Bucar,

Sorry for the issue with signing in. If you are referring to your Xbox live subscription, are you logging in with the profile that has the active subscriptions? If they have expired, you will need an Xbox live subscription to access Youtube on the console.
Go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if the Xbox live is active.

Hi. My Youtube account is linked to a Gmail Account, but not to Google+. I dont recall making any changes to my account. You need a gmail account to use Youtube these days.

But I can assure it is not Gamertag related, cause I have two Xbox One in my home and in one of them I cant use Youtube regardless of the gamertag logged. I mean, if I login in XBOX ONE (1) I can use Youtube with my gamertag, but if I use my gamertag on
Xbox One (2) I can´t use Youtrube at all.

You can check the age of the account at
https://account.live.com/

The 0 is the number of years the account has been active on XBL, not the age.

As for youtube - you have to go to youtube authorize the use on the console, and for over the age of 18 to view M videos.
