Activate a Redeem code of Quantum Break by mistake to the wrong XBOX account

Hi Team,

Today I have received the Quantum Break Redeem code for the PC as I have purchased the XBOX One version.

My current code is[Mod Removed]

I have redeem it under the account [Mod Removed]. In XBOX I use the account
[Mod Removed]with the gamer tag CSINKO.

Who we can resolve this ?

Will you resend me another code and cancel my activation under the [Mod Removed] account ? You can verify my saying and purchases by checking my two accounts.

Ransomed in wrong account

I got a code to redeem the break quantum most ended up rescuing the wrong account as set by the account of my brother how do I pair to send this game to his account or cancel the code and get an egg to rescue the correct account ?

 

Missing free games codes from Quantum break

When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

 

You should not be sharing your codes on public forums.

 

It has already being redeemed. So I assume its useless to anyone. I did just for the admins to have evidence to help me further

 

The admins cant even respond to why some of us cant even get codes its really fustrating the way this preorder went

 

Hey, CSINKO! Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed on an account, there is no way to transfer it to another account. We are also unable to replace the code so that you can redeem a new one on your other account. You will need to either get another code
from a friend that doesn't want to use theirs, purchase the game on the second account you have, or use the account that you accidentally redeemed the code on to play the game solely. Thanks for understanding!
