    Known Issues

There is a known issue with the device where a customer may develop an issue with NAT type after having an open NAT time for a long period of time. There are a few solutions that may remedy this. It may be necessary to go into the port forwarding section
and delete any listings for Xbox or that point to port 3074. It may also be necessary to go into the UPnP section and check “Enable automatic cleanup of old unused UPnP services” and change the WAN Connection Publication box to “Publish all WAN Connections”.

With Revision I the UPnP option has been hidden and is only accessible through a direct link.

    Found
    HERE.

    Multiple Console Support

We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT consistently.

    Greetings RANDALL!

Could you verify if your ActionTec MI424WR is operating in bridge mode.

The ActionTec MI424WR is also router/NAT built-in and since you have an additional router, (Asus) your connection will be NAT'd twice. Under certain NAT behaviors, you won't even notice this but with UDP and NAT traversal you will.

Post back and let us know.
