Act 4:4 Powerless DEFECT

I am very frustrated because Act 4: 4 (Powerless) has a game defect that disallows me from continuing on with the campaign.

After making the decision of Generators or Operations Deck is where the defect is located. After you choose which direction to go, there are RED DOORS that are CLOSED and WILL NOT OPEN. I looked at a video of someone else playing the game and the doors
are supposed to be OPEN, but are NOT. I have tried restarting computer, starting from a previous chapter, self-terminating with a frag Grenade, and have attempted both Generators and Operations Deck and NOTHING is working. I really do not want to uninstall
and reinstall the game. If that is what I have to do to fix it, I would rather return the software and get a full refund. Thank you for your help.

Hi,

My problem was solved. My problem was in the campaign mode (act 4 chapter 4 named "Powerless") when we have to choose a direction the door was closed and it was impossible to open it. Just in case if someone encouter the same issue, you have just to switch
off your internet connection and run the game again.

who wants to help me cruise through this on casual? i just need the 4 person co op achievement. all i have left is some of act four and some of act five

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. However, when a bug like this happens its better to report the bug so that they know what its and can work on fixing the issue. Sometimes there are things that you maybe missing that either you're not seeing that would prevent
those doors from being opened, whether its an enemy or a switch, something that triggers the event. Bugs and glitches happen in games, its part of the programming, just because there is a bug or glitch does not usually entitle to a full refund. They happen,
its all part of gaming.
