Acount to MS Store linking

Hi all,

When I try to link my account to th microsoft store so I can download apps, it says there are no applicable devices. Im signed in on my account on both my PC and the store and my device shows up in my devices but it still wont link my PC to the store. I have made every possible approach to asking for help and everything ends up telling me to ask the community. I have seen this question asked several times through this forum and no legible answer has been given. Ive verified my account on my PC and my sign in set to be through my microsoft account. Im not going to lie here and say that Microsoft or Xbox are great for support as all past attempts at getting help have been met with "im sorry we have no fix for this issue at this time" or "we apologise for the inconvenience let me pass you to this next customer support service". Does anyone at all have any idea on how I can link my device to the store? or am I going to have to save for 6 months to buy another Xbox?

It is the Xbox App for PC and ive done all that. Ive reset MS store and then my PC. Ive logged out of my account and back in multiple times and have tried every other option ive been given from Microsoft, Xbox and some other community members awel

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

It depends on the App that you're trying to install, make sure that the App is for PC for you to have an option to install it on your PC.

When you're on the product page, scroll down then click "Available On".

If it's for PC kindly perform a reset on your Microsoft Store App by typing in "WsReset" then wait for the Microsoft Store App to launch, then restart your PC.

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

Sorry to hear that you already have an Ubisoft account connected to your Microsoft account.
Unfortunately Microsoft support doesn't have the tools to view or remove third party accounts linked to your Microsoft account

For this specific concern you need to reach Ubisoft support and try recovering the unknown account and unlink it
