    Hi, mi issue is that about a week ago i couldn't sign in in my xbox, so i erased my account and today when i tried to sig in again it appears that my account is already associated in the xbox. Help! [Mod

    I was having the same issue with my main acount and my smurf acount ( just a extra account) but i kept going through acounts tell one loged in and once one worked i was able to trick my xbox in signing in to my main acount by using the switch acount option.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Extra account doesnt sync from aywhere to xbox one?

    Good morning!

    I have been trying to adjust the privacy settings etc, but even with adding my phone number it doesnt alow me to msg on xbox. this is for the acount i made new for myself.

    I did however found an new issue wich clearly has been my bad. I thought my 2nd acount was a sub acount under this main acount. tho making this acount it used another microsoft acount thus not the one registrated as my main acount. So now i know to setup other
    microsoft acount it now adds it and syncs to xbox :) only issue i need to try and figure out then is how to msg people again. will have a new look into the solutions given and let you know. Thnx so far! i been busy all night but atleast it gave me a new opening
    on solutions.
