By blocked, do you mean you have had action taken on your account by the Enforcement Team? If so Xbox Enforcement and submit a case review.

What caused your account to be blocked?

Yes i did that "i'm getting an error that my acount has been temporarily blocked"

Hello, in fact everything you need to report the player in question and block. Never give data of your acount that could access it and block everything. In these things bisggna be careful. Today there are still infectious emails
blocking the system. These people are the absolute evil to spilling money

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about reaching out to someone regarding Enforcement actions on your account.

The only way to find out any information about your Enforfcment actions on your account is via the Enforcement website.

If using the Enforcement site you are unable to file for a
Case Review on your account regarding your ban or suspension then the only other option would have to be to wait until the suspension is over.

Keep in mind that if someone does report you for something, the Enforcement Team has to investigate before they apply any Enforcement actions to your account. In other words, suspensions are not immediate. There is no number to reach out to speak to an individual
via a one-on-one interaction.
