Aco start problems

up until last night I had no problems....now the game won't load..it gets as far as press A to start then kick me back to home screen.

PLEASE HELP

So I just downloaded ACO the GE, played through the Intro and did the first few Quests but now I'm stuck.

When I talk to the Guy to leave the City, I get an InGame Error Message, stating that the Content is not fully Installed yet, so I can't continue.

But when i check my Game's 'n Apps it says that ACO is fully installed, including all the AddOns.

Is there anything I can do besides deleting and reinstalling the entire Game? Because that took quite some Time

 

What could possibly be wrong

I don't have any idea what's wrong with my xbox.

Alright, so

A few days ago I was playing PUBG and wanted to play Assassins Creed Origins (aco), so I went to play it and when started it, it just got to the Ubisoft logo and crashed. No error code. So I tried it again and same thing happened. So I did the power cycle
thing (hold power button 10 seconds), thinking it was just a little thing. Tried to play it again and it dis the same thing so I went back to PUBG.

A day or so later (last tuesday) I went to play PUBG, and it started doing the same thing. I thought it may be from the new update so I hit the PUBG forums and nobody was having this issue, actually I read it was the best patch yet I think. So I put 2 and
2 together thought it was doing the same as ACO. So I did another power cycle and that didn' work. Actually when I went to start PUBG it went a little further (still not hitting the start screen) then my controller started to vibrate and then it crashed again.
So I tried ACO, and it was doing it still also. I tried to open 3 other games and they opened to the start menu so I assumed they were fine.

I proceeed to factory reset my console, erase everything off the xbox because my games are on an external hdd. After that process it was still doing the same thing, so I erased my PUBG off the external hdd and reinstalled it to my internal did. It didn't
work either, still not booting the game. I had to work the next two days so fast forward.

So thinking maybe just having my xbox off for a couple days it would fix itself (like time out lol). It was still doing the same thing so I got pissed and talked with a representative online and he had me do the power cycle a different way (hold power button
10 seconds then unplug it for 2 min) after that both games booted up just fine, I said thank you and went to get some dinner (about 40 min). When I came back I hit play and it crashed to dashboard. I was hopeful and thought it was just the game, being in preview
and what not, so I tried it again and it crashed before it got to the start screen, my controller vibrated also at that time. So I contacted another representative and before we started talking I started playing ACO to see if it would crash. After telling
him what my problem was and what I had done to try to fix it for while still playing ACO we thought it was just PUBG. Then just before we called it ACO crashed (about 15 minutes after I started playing) and we continued to discuss what was happening. During
this time I opened fallout 4 and was playing it and after about another 15 minutes We decided to just keep a ticket open and they would email me later.

So for about an hour and 20 minutes ish, of playing fallout I assumed it was fine. Went to try PUBG just cause, and it worked! For about 25 minutes. Then it crashed, thinking it was server issues I tried to get back into the game, my controller started vibrating
and it crashed before I got to the start screen. I tried ACO and it crashed so I deleted it and reinstalled it to my internal hdd over night. I went to bed at that point.

This morning I woke up and went to see if ACO would work and it didn't. So I tried PUBG and it didn't work also. So I tried fallout 4 again and it worked, I played for about 40 min. Then I tried GTAV and it worked, I played for about 40 min. Then I tried
CODWW2 and it worked, i played for about 40 min also. All these that worked were on my external hdd. ACO and PUBG after deleting off my external hdd and reinstalling on my internal hdd did not still. So I feel that rules out my external hdd being faulty, but
I don' know why this is only affecting 2 games. It really doesn't make since to me.

Any help to fix this would be gretly appreciated. Atm I have an open ticket or something with Microsoft but I'm not sure when there going to get back with me.

I do have 2 videos on my phone of how the games crash and what pubg did before it crashed on my xbox

 

Have you tried power cycling your console to see if this resolves the issue?

I had this same problem recently with Payday 2. The save ended up being corrupt and the only fix i code find was deleting it from my console and the cloud and starting a new. It wasn't so bad with payday, a lot more of a pain with
ACO! I hope someone else can chime in with a better fix for you!
