So it seems you want to pay for a past due balance but you don't have a credit card to pay it off but you do have enough on your Microsoft account. Unfortunately past due balances cannot be paid with online using the Microsoft account credit because I don't
believe it gives you the option to choose that as a payment option.

I suggest getting in contact with Xbox Support and explain the situation and hopefully there is something they can do on their side.

3. Select See other options.
4. Select Error Messages and codes.
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
