Achievments synchronisation failed Xbox App Windows 10 and Forza Horizon 3

My achievments and my activities are not synchronising with my Xbox App on WIndows 10. I use Microsoft WIndows 10 and Xbox App for Windows and play Forza Horizon 3 . There are no achievments coming up when i unlock ingame .

When i unlock a achievment ingame then it has to pop up in my massage box on the screen and has to show up in the Xbox App that is not working atm. please help me and verify my achievments with my game. thank you

Same here after changing my gamertag about 2days ago.

It says Something went wrong with loading. Try again later. Problem with my Internet connection.

But my connection should be OK and no problem in game.

I just checked

They are all shown there including the one that I've just got, but NO Forzathon rewards in game.

I've tried unlocking other achievements, it pop up message in game and also found in Activity feed tab.

But still not able to open the Achievements tab to confirm. So what's going on?

 

They could easily stop that bug with an manually sync option. So that i can decide to sync my achievments with the XBOX APP on my Windows PC.

That would work great, beceause every gamer can decide whenever they need to look at theire achievments on the app. just a litte checkbox that confirmes, sync my score ingame with my XBOX APP. Beceause if u go ingame to your progress and look inside every
single action is written to the game and its 100% correct. Why isn´t that possible to sync these stats to the app by an option to manually sync. Please help this is really **** !!!

To get a bit of clarification, are achievements not unlocking for you in Forza Horizon 3? Or are you only having trouble viewing achievements in the Xbox App? If you visit Xbox.com and check your profile, do the achievements show as unlocked for you?

All achievements I have done were unlocked, except those weekly Forzathon unlock.

In fozamotorsport.net, 404 Error Page , I can see also the Forzathon unlock.

All of them are working fine and I got the rewards in game before I changed my gamer tag 3days ago on 2017-1-27

Although as I mentioned before I can see them in Xbox App Activity feed, nothing can be loaded in Achievements and the most important:

NO REWARDS IN GAME AFTER FORZATHON UNLOCKS

Could you please look into this problem? When can we expect this will solve?

 

SO i checked my Profile and it´s the same as in my Xbox App on my Windows 10 PC. It seems that the game is not forwarding the progress to the Xbox Servers.

When i look ingame and check my progress i have all progress and achievments and its all fine. when i buy a car it will count it ingame. when i check my Xbox App it doesn´t count my progress so i think maybe the game blocks outgoing communication to the
servers. how can i handle that it will do it again. i have this issue since i refreshed my Windows 10. is there a bug or is it something in my services or Firewall that the game cannot communicate with the Xbox App ? BTW Online Gaming works great i can join
all servers. if others can join me is not sure beceause i cannot test it.

is there a way to check this

I can see from the support page that Xbox Live is under sort of maintenance. Should I continue to play or wait?

Just don't want to mess things up and hopefully it will go back to normal very soon.

 

Still cannot load the Achievements page, and NO in game Forzathons rewards after unlocked new ones this week.

This is very serious problem as those rewards are exclusive contents.

Xbox App and Xbox Live are managed by Microsoft, right? It is "something went wrong with the Xbox App".

It can shown NOTHING in the Achievements page, and it affects all games.

Moreover, as I have posted earlier, I have checked in their site: 404 Error Page

All achievements I have done are unlocked correctly, so what should I ask in their site?
