Achievments haven't unlocked for over a week

My Xbox 1 was offline for a couple of weeks whilst we moved house, I played the campaign on games, in the past when we haven't had internet the achievements have pinged up after at some point when it is reconnected. But this time
they haven't- I've done the suggested power cycle and removed account / re downloaded but it now suggests redoing the achievments - not onlyis this a ridiculous ask but for some it's impossible, for example reaching a certain level in the game! What else do
I try?

I have a rail over 600 blks long but haven't unlocked the achievment- any ideas

Impossible to unlock achievments

Hello !

I've got a problem on my xbox one (and only my xbox one)

I can't unlock achievments anymore.

I saw that when I played Cod Ghosts three weeks earlier (in extinction) I escaped but didn't get the achievment.

A week later, same problem with the same game.

And yesterday same problem with an achievment in rise Son of Rome (when you have to finish a mission in legendary)

And I am sure that I sould have unlocked the achievments.

(Sorry for the mistakes, I'm French).

Hi there, please check out our
achievement troubleshooting guide for steps that may help.

If you were playing on your account without an Internet connection, it can sometimes cause issues with unlocking achievements such as what you're seeing, particularly if you earned a number of achievements.

More so, achievements can sometimes take up to 72 hours to fully unlock after you earn them. Since it has been longer than that and you were playing offline, we're afraid you may need to try re-earning
the achievements.

I have done all of the above, and I can see there are issues given that they haven't unlocked and I have explained I cannot 're earn' all of the achievments. So given this is an issue many people are facing, is there not a way to fix this? Because that is
completely ridiculous, users pay alot of money for hardware, games, dlcs and subscriptions - and that's really the fix - do them all again!! I really can't believe there's not an actual fix, surely they can be programmed to cycle until a connection is found?

So what's the next step please. As I need this fixing.

We definitely understand the frustration with that and know how it feels to not have an achievement unlock on time. However, we're afraid there isn't a way for us to remotely unlock the achievements for you.

If you haven't already, please make sure you fill out the achievement survey within Solution 3 of the post we provided you earlier. This does not guarantee a fix but it helps forward this information to the proper teams.

When earning achievements it's always recommended to be online and connected to Xbox Live whenever possible as issues like this can sometimes arise if you earned a lot of achievements offline and then try to reconnect.

So basically rendering an Xbox one useless unless you have constant online capabilities. Nice to know. Also worth mentioning your competitors fixed this issue a long time ago.

I'm having the same problem with the Link Repeater achievement. I met the requirements of winning 2 rounds of chainlink over a week ago and still haven't unlocked it.
