hi id kikento ask a question.. i used a save from my old profile and just loaded it on agame on my 360 and it simply worked without any problems so i cont my progress on my new profile and as a result i got the achievemnts not in order whts the problem
in that and why that shall ban me although i did nth except i completed my progress and used my other save so why achievemnts shall be in order for example chapter 1 then chapter 2 then 3 .. etc why this shall get me banned

For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync

 

If you're talking about modifying your account and putting saves onto it without playing the game normally that is bannable under tampering/cheating.

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

actually its not cheating its just i loaded my old save n it worked

 

Typically if you loaded your own save file (that you may have been playing offline for whatever reason) and you load that file onto a different console that is connected, you can potential have achievements pop out of sync, that is not unheard of (on xbox
360). However those achievements should all be obtainable in offline play. Online required achievements would not do this as you would have needed to be online at the time to even meet the requirements (ie, play 100 online matches).

Assuming you were loading your own save files there shouldn't be an issue. If you were however tampering with save files, or using game save that were linked to other xbox profiles and modifying them, note that it is really up to Microsoft and the PET how
that would be dealt with.

 

Even if it's not a modified save, if you modified gamesaves using illegal hardware or other means that is detectable and is against the code of conduct under "tampering game saves".

Do not do this in the future.

Please ask enforcement about this via case review. If you did not modify saves or someone else didn't modify them for you please see a case review to learn more about your ban.

btw if u tried to load ur old saves in some games itll work n u can still cont ur progress n u can get achievemnts for thise last chapters

 

sorry, wht i mean is that i loaded an old save from the xbox itself on my new profile n it worked and i got the achievemnts for that after i llaued those last chspters but didnt get the first ones ,, i got them afer i replayed again

 

If you got a ban for this, as I think you've said, you will need to contact xbox support about this as they may have picked this up in error as modifying game saves. Please contact them as there's nothing else we can do on the forums:

uk what? if u tried to play halo 4 b4 on a solo mission , then loaded a check point and this time u coop and finished the level u wont get thr achievement and on the other hand ull unlock the next level cuz to get the achievement u need either to be
always solo or always coop during all check points GOT IT?!
