Achievements wont unlock

I have 3 achievments in Dark Souls 3 that are at 100% completion. However they will not unlock. There is also an achievement for all achievements that counts these locked achievements as unlocked even though they are not. I have tried all the trouble
shooting procedures and contacted Microsoft Support. They were unable to help me and sent me here for an administrator to investigate the problem.

if u have all ribbons achievement wont unlock, just win any other ribbon then after the match achievement will then unlock

Hi, there my achievements wont unlock at all. For some reason After I got banned for 2 weeks I got my Gamerscore rest now. None my Achievements wont unlock also games wont update When I try this on my other profile. they will unlock And Update games. Any
ideas ? Problems ?

 

I have a similar problem. I have 2 Achievements in Rise of the Tomb Raider that have been 100% but locked since January 16, 2016. That's 3 months. I've tried every method on these forums to force an unlock. I've "Reported Problem" on my console Multiple
times (which is worthless).

I've contacted/called support multiple times, and they don't know the answer (and admitted as much).

So, how do you fix this? I mean,, three months seems a bit long to have no resolution and to be ignored by everybody at Microsoft Support
