Achievements will not unlock for Diablo 3 UEE

I can not get these achievements to unlock. I have waited weeks for them to magically unlock like people claim will happen.

1. Up all night to get lucky. - I have the challenge completed in the challenge log but the achievement never popped.

2. The Elitist - I have killed over 7000 elite mobs according to my log. But Achievement is stuck at 98%

3. I feel so enchanting - I have also unlocked the challenge for this in the log book.

I have tried contacting Blizzard and can not get a response from them. Thank you for your time.

Phew, sounds like the Rift achievement in Diablo 3 UEE for killing 5,000,000 demons. Is that comparable?

On a side note, I don't want to bore you with all of the details & here are some quick comparisons of the differences from both versions of this game...

(1) Diablo 3 UEE has enemies always the same level as the player & Diablo 3 vanilla works as posted in the previous post.

(2) Life Steal isn't in Diablo 3 UEE but it is in Diablo 3 vanilla. Simply put, you gain life back based on the amount of damage that you inflict. When you inflict 400k of damage to one enemy, you get 26k life back if you have 6.5% Life Steal.

(3) Diablo 3 UEE features reworked skills / abilities due to the removal of Life Steal. So, a skill / ability in Diablo 3 vanilla works completely different in Diablo 3 UEE. Some skills / abilities were outright removed and then replaced with something
new.

(4) Diablo 3 UEE punishes you if your friends die because the monster that killed your friend will randomly appear in your game to kill you too. So, if your friends die a lot, you're game will constantly be interupted by these random invaders called "Nemesis".
Diablo 3 vanilla doesn't have this.

(5) Diablo 3 UEE allows the player to distribute points for each Paragon Level that they gain & the level 100 cap has been removed; you gain +3% Magic Find / Gold Drop in Diablo 3 vanilla. This is the only positive thing that I like with the "re-worked
core mechanics".

Have you tried holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? Perhaps it just needs a hard reset.

 

This is not the answer I am looking for. When I say they are unlocked in the Log book I am referring to Diablo 3's challenge book not the Xbox achievement App.

 

Ok, sorry for the misunderstanding. If this is an internal game issue then you will need to keep on top of Blizzard for help. Xbox has nothing to do with the video game info.
