    Achievements vanished along with paid game add ons


    So my husband and i had an Xbox One. We had completely most of MW3 including Chaos on all difficulties. Last night we went to play and it showed we were level one, all the progress we had was gone, add ons we bought are also completely gone. Weve had issues
    with Xbox One over the year and a half of having it, so we said screw it and got an Xbox 360. We still dont have the achievements nor the add ons we paid for. We dont use Xbox Live- just hook up to the internet. Does anybody know how to get our achievements
    and purchases back?

    All my X1 achievements have gone from my gamerscore

    I've had the same issue.Today all my achievement scores from my xbox one games have vanished,the achievements are there but each game shows score as zero_Only xbox one games affected!!!!

    The complete with or without add-on content is a debate I doubt will end. Microsoft lists dlc achievements along with the main game's achievements. The dlc achievement cannot be removed nor can games be removed from your achievements list once you unlock
    any achievement for the game.

    Hi there,

    can you double check the purchase on the account that purchased it via
    http://account.microsoft.com

    it should show at the transactions.

    If it shows be sure to check the Ready to Install section via My Games and Apps, highlighting Minecraft and use the menu button (three lines button) and select Manage game. That should show what is installed and what still can be installed.

    Be sure to check this via the account that was used to purchase the content to see if it is installed or available for install.

    If you know the exact name of the creator add-on (maybe from the Xbox One box), you can also try searching for it in the Store by looking up the exact name. I'm curious if you look for it in the Store, if it would recognize that it was freely assigned
    to your Xbox One and let you download it again.
