Achievements unlocked but not adding to total

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help?

I unlocked 1000/1000g on the game Billy 101.

Game only has 11 achievements.

The last two achievements unlocked after I completed the requirements but they never added to my overall score.

Xbox.com/App and TA show the game as completed 1000/1000g

But two achievements, one for 100g and 90g never got added to my overall amount.

So far I have deleted and redownloaded my account.

Deleted and reinstalled the game.

No luck.

Never had this issue before and I'm playing on the series x.

Would anyone have any tips to get the game to realise or the series x that the gamerscore is wrong and needs a resync?

It's very irritating.

I'm sat at 566,810g when it should be at 567,000g

Oddly enough the gamerscore leader board shows the correct amount that it should be on, that one can view in the achievements section on the series x.

I'm at a loss here.

Hello BraveStoner, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your achievements.

This could be an issue with the achievements themselves being delayed from showing on your account. You should double check TrueAchievements or XboxAcheivements to see if others are having similar issues.

Well, luckily my friend had the dlc so when I got an achievement on that the other two fixed themselves I guess. Thanks anyway.

No one from MS checks these forums. You'll have to contact Support.

When I compare achievements with you on Alan Wake, I see you've unlocked the 2 in question, but your score only shows 900. Weird. When you say "48/50", don't you mean "48/67"??

Yeah. I just don't count the DLC because I haven't played it yet. So I should call support then?
