Achievements suddenly not unlocking / stacking

A few days ago I unlocked a couple of achievements, and also started playing the online modes. Got an achievement for that but then started concerntrating on the challenges, but after around 72% it's stopped. Manually counted and I've done 52 of them. Tried
using a tutorial for the clothes achievement (Wear one item from all the factions) and it hasn't popped either.

Anyone else having stacking and unlock problems? Love the game and want to get a full unlock on it, but this is proving to be very irritating :/

Onigiri's achievements are not stacking up or unlocking.

I started Onigiri today and I noticed that none of the achievements were stacking up on the progress gauge nor they are unlocking. IDK who to contact because all the achievements are not functioning and I decline to continue playing this game any further.

 

MCC Achievements not unlocking

Yeah the game seems pretty bugged. Beat 343 Guilty Spark TWICE! Once on heroic and the other time on easy just so I could see if I could get the achievement to work. Instead I unlocked the achievement for beating it in a certain amount of time(still no achievement
for simply beating it). However I still got every other achievement including the stacking achievements for beating it on heroic.

Whenever I go to view the guily spark achievement it saids that it's been completed and it is "unlocking"...been unlocking since Tuesday I guess. Even when I beat other missions sometimes the achievement would pop up in the middle of the next mission. 343
really messed up here. Terrible server issues AND bugged out achievements? Cmon guys.
