Achievements Points Loss

So, I turned on my Xbox in the morning and I saw the left top corner where it says my e-mail, name, and other stuff including
my achievements points and I noticed that I had 5882G, and I don't know why if I had almost 19k. Can someone help me or at least tell me why?

I don't know if this happened before and I didn't noticed but today I did and I don't know what to do.
