Achievements on Windows Phone Unlock ingame, but won't show on my XBL profile.

I recently have been trying to complete Final Fantasy and get all the achievements for it, but the achievements I unlock aren't showing up on my Xbox Live profile. The gamerscore gets added to my profile on my phone, but every time I try to refresh the
achievement list so it will update, it just says "We're having trouble connecting to the Xbox service. Try again later.". The Windows Phone achievements aren't showing up as unlocked anywhere else. Please assist Microsoft.

Hi to you both,

in the last days more user reported this issue. It does look like services are not working properly.

Issues are reported with syncing achievement data (Xbox Live required)

Issues are reported with leaderboards.

Maybe you should read
the Support Notification October Update and perhaps the first signs of the impending server shutdown are already showing up here? Hopefully only a temporary problem, because windows
10 shouldn't be affected yet.

Same issue, it is the Xbox Live service being down.

It's strange because there is nothing there that says Microsoft is shutting down achievement syncing, just the marketplace being shutdown and less support services for it which is why it's confusing that achievements across 7, 8 and 8.1 aren't syncing.

Like Games For Windows Live was shut down years ago yet you can still earn and sync achievements with your xbox live profile to this day, so I don't understand why you can't all of a sudden on wp.
