Achievements on multiple games not working

I have been playing a few games lately, and met the requirements for achievements on 2 games: stardew valley and smite.

The stardew ones were full house and fectors challenge, both quite long winded achievements and the only ones left I need. I tried restarting the game, the Xbox, waiting 72 hours, checking my account online, resetting the router, and they still haven't unlocked. I can create a new save and try again but as I said long winded achievements so I have no interest in having to spend dozens of hours in game to get a wife and 2 kids in game.

With smite, the achievement I got today, which is the crowd cheers, when in game you have to heal 12 times in one use of an ability, not an easy achievement to do especially being a moba game. This is still within 72 hours wait, but I have done the other steps, and the achievement hasn't popped. With smite, once you unlock the rewards, that's it, you can't earn it in game again so if it doesn't pop, I'm locked out of that achievement forever, which will kill my want to get achievements and play a lot of my games on Xbox. Is there some sort of more forceful or overarching fix, that isn't the usual spiel of wait, restart, try again, as this seems to have a lot of tickets of it happening online and noone having the usual tricks work in fixing it? Please fix this Xbox, as I've been playing Xbox for about 14 years now I have 112k+ gamerscore and I've worked and played a long time to get these achievements (notably lately crash 4 106% took 110 hours) and I don't want to be put off playing Xbox or achievement hunting as this will do if it's not fixed.
