Achievements not updating or unlocking for Hell Let Loose(Game)

'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with achievements in Hell Let Loose.

You will need to download the Xbox Report a Problem app from the store on your console

Once installed, you'll get a new 'report a problem' button in the menu that appears when you press and hold the Guide button on your controller.

With the problematic game running, open that menu and press the 'report' button. After a short pause, you will be taken to the Report a Problem app

Start by selecting 'Report new problem', then 'Continue with standard diagnostics', as the issue we are reporting is not related to AV

Next, select 'Games' from the drop-down menu, then choose the game in question, which should be at the top of the list as it will be the most recently played title

You will then be able to choose to attach the screenshot and/or video that was captured when you first pressed the report button (during that 'Information Gathering' pause), so if you can start this process from a screen or sequence that shows actively achieve the achievement without unlocking or being unlocked, even better

You then get the option to continue with the text phase of the report either in the console or via mobile device, so it's up to you which one you'll use

Enter a short, concise title for your bug report – something like ‘Master Chef achievement will not unlock’ is fine – then go into a little more detail in the text box below1. Here, explain the problem in as much detail as you think is necessary, but try to keep things as simple as possible and always remember to remain civil.

Didn't they use to do that? Every game had an "unlocked all the achievements" achievement and sometimes that led to cool stuff or maybe an avatar item. Hell even now unlocking certain achievements should be able to unlock avatar items.

This a well-known issue with the game, usually reinstalling Easy Anti-cheat or the GPU drivers fixes it.

Since you are on a fresh install, the best course of action is to contact game support.

Have you tried to send your crash logs to the Team 17 Support team?

Please, follow these steps:

Open the Event Viewer: On your Windows Search Bar type "Event Viewer"



Once loaded, click on Windows Logs > Applications

Look for an event that has an Alert or Error Icon and select it.



Verify the time to see if it matches the current crash.

Right click and select Copy > Copy Text as Details



This will copy the log to your clipboard.

Then, contact Team 17 Support and paste the log on the message field.
