Achievements not unlocking in sims

I’m the sims 4 on Xbox I completed 2 achievements (max fishing skill and max cooking skill) but neither were recognized. My internet connection is perfect and I’m connected to Xbox live. How do I get Xbox to acknowledge that I’ve achieved these?

Kindly check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronized with the network.

Sign in at Xbox.com.

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.

Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again. My game is doing the same. Have unlocked 4 and that's when my other half was playing. I've definitely made achievements, maxed skills and aspirations etc but no pop ups from Xbox !

So frustrating!

I've turned off and on, connected disconnected reconnected, started fresh family and new save .... Help!

Sims 3 is great on the xbox, and definitely addictive. It's like "ah I try this real quick" and then it is 2 hours later. A lot of achievements are easy, because you just unlock them as you move forward. But some really require a lot of time (the perfect
meal achievement for example).

And as for the forum, just post more and hopefully the activity level goes up
