Achievements not unlocking despite completion

I, like many, received an Xbox One for Christmas

Unboxed it, setup on the home theatre like a kid again and proceeded to play for a couple of hours

Noticed later on that even though I'd completed the criteria for unlocking achievements in Watch Dogs and Doom they aren't showing on the Xbox, Online, or IOS.

While trying to troubleshoot the issue I've log out and back onto the console, reset to factory defaults twice (once keeping game data, and one fully wiping), tried different games and still not nothing

Fast forward a few days (72+ hours) I checked on the XB1 again and still doesn't show any achievements as having unlocked.

On a side note, an parallel achievement in Watch Dogs did unlock in uPlay immediately after completing the action

Achievements!?

Is anyone else having a problem unlocking achievements? Despite my completion of many, the game will not unlock the achievement for me. This has happened on multiple occasions. Decryptologist, Change of Heart, and Lucky 7's didn't unlock until i logged in
one morning many days after completing it. Is there a bug in the game or something? Right now Relic Hunter will not unlock. How do I go about getting my achievement points?

Quantum Break - Media Baron Achievement

Hi. The achievement Media Baron is not unlocking after achievement 100% completion. It says on the the achievement progress bar that is 100% complete, but still locked. Please help me.

Thanks for the help guys, but I fixed it myself, seems the content filter on my network likes to block Xbox Live achievements, changed my DNS to point to 8.8.8.8 and its fixed

Update: I have now 100% completed "Solid Goal, Baby" and that achievement has unlocked. The two achievements mentioned previously are still locked despite showing as 100% complete.

Only 2-3 of online achievements unlocked for me, however there are some that haven't, including the achievement for completing the intro to GTA Online, despite transferring a level 45 character.

I don't have the achievements for completing episodes 2, 3, and 9 despite having free play unlocked in all the levels for each episode.

Zombie Grum

The ones that say "Unlocking" sometimes unlock in 48 hours for me but most of the time they remain as "unlocking" indefinitely. Some don't even pop at all despite me completing them. For example, lego batman 3, completed level 9 which should get an achievement
but it didn't. This is an all too familiar thing on the Xbox One these days. Never had this problem on the 360.
