Achievements not unlocking and stats not being recorded in Halo: MCC PC

As the title says, I've been playing Halo MCC on Windows 10 since the day it came out, I have it through Xbox Game Pass. My game is not recording stats or unlocking achievements for me. I've finished the campaign and played a lot of multiplayer, but it's
just a blank slate, so I can't unlock much of anything. The seasonal unlocks are working, that's it. (Oh boy, Helmets! No, seriously, I do like that.)

Please assist! I think it's actually all games, because now that I am looking, I haven't gotten any achievements in any games for a long time. Maybe an account issue? I've had a ton of those lately to the point where I almost just want to make a whole new
Gamertag and toss this one in the incinerator, despite having it since early 360 days...

Sometimes achievements take a while to "pop"

In some cases it is just bugs in games which should get fixed in future updates

I have resolved some achievements not popping by signing out of my profile and signing back in followed by a restart each time

You can also try to search for an answer on halowaypoint.com

anyway mcc has a ton of problems: try just to wait and it may be solved

Thanks for the advice, but this is on PC and I don't think there is such a thing as signing in and out in the Xbox app. It's across all games, too. Not just Halo. I don't get achievements in anything I play.

Edit: You can sign out and in, but it did not help.

Edit2: Okay, now I see all my other games have achievements EXCEPT Halo.

MCC issues with achievements not unlocking after completing I completed Halo 2 non of the 17 achievements unlocked. Is this issue going to be resolved?

i have one achievement stuck at "Done, Unlocking" from the Halo: MCC, the achievement is "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?"
