Achievements not transferring from Windows 10 to Xbox Profile

I have earned 500 achievements in Microsoft Bingo on Windows 10. It tells me at the top I'm connected and shows my gamertag. The achievements have unlocked in-game, but they haven't transferred across to my Xbox profile, that shows I've played for a number
of hours, but shows 0/1000 achievements. Why wont they transfer? How do I get them to do so? Thanks

Update to Windows 10 Version Ruined Achievements

As anyone who played this game prior to the Windows 10 update knows, the update from the Windows 8 version to the Windows 10 version has caused duplication of the game under Xbox Live profiles. The Windows 8 version had 3 achievements, and the Windows 10
update has 40 achievements. Since I did not get all the achievements on the Windows 8 version before the game auto-updated on start-up, I now have "Microsoft Mahjong: 2/3 15/25G" stuck on my Xbox profile and a completely separate "Microsoft Mahjong" with
40 new achievements. I do not want the game listed twice. Either allow me to unlock the last achievement from the Windows 8 version or remove it from my profile, I do not want the game listed twice.

 

Xbox gamertag transfer help

So does that mean i cant transfer my 360 gamertag to my xbox one and keep my achievements and gamerscore from the 360 profile?
