    Achievements not syncing


    I've noticed that a few achievements I've unlocked on 360 over the past few weeks aren't showing up on the Xbox App or on the website trackers.

    They are unlocked on my Xbox but not Xbox.com or 3rd party sites.

    They were unlocked on different days and are different games so it wasn't necessarily the same day during a glitchy/server issue...

    Any idea how to fix this?

    For example, 2 of them are:

    Call of Duty 2 - Finish Basic Training
    Fuel - Contemplate a Vista Point

    Both on 360.

    Initial reports are starting to show that people are having their old achievements sync, though this appears to only be for Windows 10 Mobile users right now. Anyone know if any new achievements sync, or have reports of their old achievements syncing on

    You can try to download your profile from Xbox LIVE and see if it syncs your achievements up to Xbox.ca. If not, it will more than likely make it so your achievements sync with what's currently showing on Xbox.ca and you'd have to play the game again to
    earn those achievements.

    This can sometimes happen when achievements just don't sync properly to Xbox.com (.ca in your case).

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync 😀

    know that windows phone games do not show up on the xbox app and only show up on the 360 achievement menu). Please help us. There are many people on Trueachievements with this problem.
