    achievements not syncing


    although achievement points are still up to date (which means the console is connected to the game server), the achievement page does not sync with my xboxone. also does not include any games i recently played for the past few weeks.

    already tried power off & restart.

    can anyone give me any idea on how to fix this issue? thank you

    Hi again!

    The time is usually very short but if not I would leave up to 24 hours before contacting support about the issue. I tried researching this issue but I haven't found any solutions yet!

    Hi, I might consider trying the instructions in Section 2 of the following guide: Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!! (note: only
    remove/re-add your profile if you know the email and password associated with your account).

    thank you for the info guys. I've tried section 2 and guess I need to wait 72 hours to see if anything good happens. achievements not syncing :)

    I reported the same issue a few days ago. I tried all steps to fix this. No go. Recently played list hasn't updated in over a week. I can't even see no games installed that I have earned achievements in.

    I talked with support, they told me the good old, hard reset restart, guess what. Nope.

    Its clearly an issue on MS's side. Not sure why its not been fixed. My feed shows all the achievements I have earned but I can't get them in Recently Played.

    Initial reports are starting to show that people are having their old achievements sync, though this appears to only be for Windows 10 Mobile users right now. Anyone know if any new achievements sync, or have reports of their old achievements syncing on

    You can try to download your profile from Xbox LIVE and see if it syncs your achievements up to Xbox.ca. If not, it will more than likely make it so your achievements sync with what's currently showing on Xbox.ca and you'd have to play the game again to
    earn those achievements.

    This can sometimes happen when achievements just don't sync properly to Xbox.com (.ca in your case).

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync 😀
