    Achievements not syncing


    I recieved the sprays for Escort Duty and Decked Out but it has not synced on XBOX Live. Please assist. Xbox troubleshoot attempted to fix, stated to contact forums for help.

    Hi again!

    The time is usually very short but if not I would leave up to 24 hours before contacting support about the issue. I tried researching this issue but I haven't found any solutions yet!

    Hi, I might consider trying the instructions in Section 2 of the following guide: Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!! (note: only
    remove/re-add your profile if you know the email and password associated with your account).

    It can sometimes take up to 72-hours for achievements to unlock. If you're still having trouble please check out this

    Achievement Troubleshooter     and run through all the provided steps including the survey near the end.

    Initial reports are starting to show that people are having their old achievements sync, though this appears to only be for Windows 10 Mobile users right now. Anyone know if any new achievements sync, or have reports of their old achievements syncing on

    CoD: Ghosts No Achievements

    You can try to download your profile from Xbox LIVE and see if it syncs your achievements up to Xbox.ca. If not, it will more than likely make it so your achievements sync with what's currently showing on Xbox.ca and you'd have to play the game again to
    earn those achievements.

    This can sometimes happen when achievements just don't sync properly to Xbox.com (.ca in your case).

    Hi there,

    For achievement sync issues I would advise that you delete your profile and re-download it. 99% of the time this will resolve any issues that arise as far as achievement sync 😀

    know that windows phone games do not show up on the xbox app and only show up on the 360 achievement menu). Please help us. There are many people on Trueachievements with this problem.
