Achievements not syncing on Windows Phone 10

Discus and support Achievements not syncing on Windows Phone 10 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've had three games specifically that I've earned achievements in but those haven't synced.     Achievements not syncing on Windows Phone 10


    I've had three games specifically that I've earned achievements in but those haven't synced. This is earily similar to the issues last year around January / February where achievements stopped syncing for many people.

    This is strange those because WP8 seems ok.

    I have tried the following three games:

    TextTwist-2

    Revolution

    iBlast-Moki

    In each of these games the achievements show up in game but never synced. Because I've never played them they don't even show up in the list of games I've played.

    When I try and access the leaderboard on some of them I get messages that I am not connected to Live, but I am because I've been able to connect to other games that require a constant connection to Live in order to work.

    I'm hesitant to play any other games or start new ones until this is fixed. Anyone else seem this yet?

    Initial reports are starting to show that people are having their old achievements sync, though this appears to only be for Windows 10 Mobile users right now. Anyone know if any new achievements sync, or have reports of their old achievements syncing on
    Windows Phone 8.1?

    Xbox Achievements Not Syncing on Windows Phone

    I just unlocked my last two achievements in Angry Birds Stella on Windows 8.1 Phone and they are not syncing with my profile.

    Xbox Achievements Not Syncing on Windows Phone

    I too have issues with getting my achievements on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8.1 to sync up to my profile. I can get to the leaderboards, but the data is not accurate on them on Microsoft Bingo and the progress in that game from Windows Phone 8 transfers
    over to Windows Phone 10.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the Xbox Forums with this concern. As was stated in the previous thread,

    Windows Phone 7, 8 ,8.1 and even 10 Achievements not syncing since the announcement of WP 8.1 Store Closure in December    , regarding the closure of the servers for gaming on Windows Mobile devices, this was announced 2 years ago and will be ending on December
    16, 2019 for most Windows phones & for Windows 10 phones the end will also be at the conclusion of December 2019. This includes gaming servers tied to the Windows phone game services.

    We understand that this is quite disheartening and that the achievements not unlocking is highly frustrating as well. I recommend that you have a look at our support post from the forums, Achievement

    Asphalt Overdrive - Achievements doesn't sync

    I have the same issue with windows phone running latest version of Windows 10. It only shows 13 achievements, when inside game achievements reflect 25. Sync error I'm guessing. Bumping in hopes that it will be updated. Thank you .
