    Hi everyone,

    For the last 3 days my achievements haven@t been able to load on my xbox one. I keep getting an error message saying "something went wrong" followed by "Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x0 at xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate. I also get another one saying "don't worry you haven't lost any achievements....sorry we could not load them at this time" Is there anyone else having this issue, please help.

    Hi there GoldenTiger020, thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

    We recommend trying a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again.

    Did you see any changes with this experience after that?

    Game not loading - At all

    I have the same problem as the OP, even hard resets don't do anything to fix it, the only time I can get past the black screen with "Call of Duty Advanced Warfare" on it, is when I start the game up with no account signed in, but when I sign in I get stuck
    with the "Reading Save Device" as well. I have the Digital Edition. So uninstalling/re-installing is out of the question unless I want to pay the price of the game in download fee's.

    This problems been happening for two days so far. It works randomly but then it'll just continue to do this a few minutes later, when the EB Games staff said "Call of Duty is the game with the most issues" during the midnight launch, I guess they weren't
    joking.

    @ OP, hey buddy, some cheevos require that you be online, or have your X1 connected to the internet! at the time off playing

    I haven't been getting an error but my achievements haven't been loading to my score or leaderboard in the past 3 days ive gotten over 100 points and its only showing for 30

    @ OP, hey buddy, some cheevos require that you be online, or have your X1 connected to the internet! at the time off playing

    Xbox One Acheivement viewer far more cumbersome than on 360

    If I'm not mistaken as long as you catch it in time all you have to do is press and hold the Xbox button and it will instantly load up and tell you the last achievement you unlocked and what it was(similar to the way Xbox 360 did).

    Also if you say "Xbox go to notifications" it will switch to a list of recent achievements. And obviously just saying "Xbox go to achievements" will load the achievement app.
