    achievements not counting for the doctor rewards, also some of my stuff has not counted on movies and tv reward as well. It seems every month i have to post on here for the achievements, is there a problem with that part of the offers?

    achievements not counting on franken rewards or yolo

    i completed franken rewards but my achievements never counted so it never rewarded me for the completion. now we are on to yolo rewards and still not a single one has counted for this either.

    Xbox Achievements

    well all the achievements i unlocked on 360 yesterday are unlocked in my list but not counted in the tally for the game on 360 or my gamerscore anywhere but on my 360 so my gamerscore on 360 is ahead of everywhere else. even unlocked an achievement this
    morning and that one isn't counting anywhere it would seem. it shows on my xbox one but hasn't counted in my gamerscore so what the hell is going on is anyone's guess!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in processing earlier this month due to some server maintenance. We can see that your achievements have now been processed. You bonus completion should follow once our system see your achievement offer completion.

    Regarding your Movie and TV purchases, we see that they have not yet been Rewarded, and are escalating to another team to investigate if this is simply due to a delay in processing from the maintenance or an offer issue. Once we hear back from them, we will

    Thank you for reaching out to the forums regarding the Microsoft Rewards app not properly updating your achievements. Are you seeing any notifications that you have completed the achievement and then not counting it or is it simply not giving you anything?

    Make sure that your network connection is set up properly, If you have any issues with being disconnected or the connection is not strong it is possible that this could cause issues with the achievements not showing up.

    Hi, so my connection is perfectly normal and running just fine, I already tested and others achievements are ok too but some of the Microsoft Reward achievements is not counting my points. It shows the achievement but doesn’t count my points at all.
