Achievements not coming up?

Sorry to hear about what happened. That actually happens sometimes. There could be a delay synchronizing your achievements through the Xbox network. Based on their support article below, you may allow up to 72 hours before your achievements get synchronized completely. I suggest that you also try the troubleshooting steps listed from the link below.

If you've tried everything and it's still not working, you may need to file a bug directly to the Xbox team. The link and guide are on the thread link above. Please refer to it.

Whenever you get an achievement Xbox will come up with a message saying so. Achievements from prior games will show up if they're linked to the same profile. If you're using a new account your prior achievements will not show up.

For mine to actually boot up in instant on, it is very quick. Starting games is also instant, just when it comes to apps things slow down. Like they achievements, it's quicker for me to load up smartglass and view achievements than it is to actually load
the achievements on my X1.

Yes I remember this issue coming up around 2016. Try to post at the forums of true achievement as they seem to come up with solutions regarding this: https://www.trueachievements.com/forum/forums.aspx

The Xbox One stores achievement server side instead of locally, so sometimes the system gets backed up and makes it appear as though the achievements are not unlocking. The servers know you have unlocked the achievement but haven't sent it to your console
yet. It can take a few hours or days for the achievements to pop-up, but eventually they, normally will.
