Achievements locked out

A long time ago, 5 or more years ago, I modified my profile to unlock some achievements. However some achievements I had earned were taken as well. Now I can access content in some of those games. Is it possible to make it avalible for me to earn those achievements
again or get them back some how? I'm only concerned with the achievements in 3 games (Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3) because they are the only games that content has been limited by the lack of certain achievements. Please help.

Gamerscore is back but...

same achievements still locked. When i go on gears 3 and you can see your achievement progression it says collectibles 42/42 with a tick for done but it is locked. They better sort this out

 

Achievements not unlocking

I've got the same problem. Now I have like 10 achievements what is done unlocking. But there In the locked section. I heard that they eventually will pop out in 24 hours. Some of these achievements in my list are more then 24 hours in the locked section.
What's wrong?

 

I don't think the Xbox Enforcement Team would allow you to do that, since its considered account tampering.

That's why I mentioned having earned them. I modified achievements, but not for these games. That's also why I would just be happy being able to earn them again, because they aren't difficult at all. One or two can be time consuming but that's all.

 

Once the achievements are locked, they won't be unlocked again.
