Achievements locked at 100%

During the service problems for xbox live last week I had 3 achievements not unlock in two different games even though the progress bars on all three of them show 100%. They have been like this for a week now, and I have tried every troubleshooting method
out there. I have cleared the system cache, done a hard reset, removed and recovered my profile, removed and re-installed the games, completed the requirements for the achievements over again (multiple times...), and just generally played both of the games
for hours on end. Nothing seems to work and I am starting to get really frustrated as I am now unable to reach 100% completion in those games, which is something I try to do in most of the games I play. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate
it. Thanks.

Xbox Fitness Real-Time Rivalry not unlocking although 100% complete

Just didn't get another achievement in Xbox Fitness, locked at 100% again

I have now also been denied the "egg-stra nemesis" achievement in call of duty ghosts, after discovering any achievement appearing in my friends activity feed won't unlock for me due to a tracking issue between those and the achievements app. If I repeat
the requirements for one of those achievements while appearing offline (to hide that feed) they appear to unlock, however the requirements for that one specific achievement I mentioned above cannot be repeated and therefor I can not unlock it at all. I have
decided to stop playing any games on Xbox one until I get confirmation that this has been resolved. I am very disappointed with the achievements system on this console.

 

Hey there, Corgi! I'm sorry to see that you've been affected by this. Right now, it's taking longer than normal for achievements to pop for some users. Rest assured that we are working on it and your stats are safe. They should pop up once we resolve this!

I also am affected by this issue. Timing is Everything for call of duty ghosts is locked at 100%. Is there an ETA on this issue? I like Corgi have repeated the requirements/hard reset/etc. What is particularly perplexing is that of the 4 of us who attempted
this, 2 got it and 2 did not.
