Achievements incorrectly unlocked?

There's an (obvious) issue with the tracking of achievements since Live went down last night. I played Plants vs. Zombies last night for a couple hours. I know I only needed one more Rocket kill to unlock "Rocket Man", got the kill, but the achievement
didn't pop. I checked on Smartglass and the achievement DID unlock on there, as well as the Xbox website here. So, the progress is still there, it is just showing incorrectly.

As the Death Cards must be collected in Campaign (Solo) in order to unlock that achievement and you've unlocked it whilst playing Zombies. The only possibilities are that it glitched and unlocked incorrectly or there was a modder in your lobby.

Considering the history of modders in the CoD games I would expect the latter to be the case. As long as you haven't personally modded/hacked/unlocked anything then no action should be taken against your account.

It seems that the situation has not resolved itself over the last 7 days. I have since unlocked other achievements in various games on multiple platforms and it has not caused this to update. It is still showing incorrectly at 19/20 at the summary level.

Any further help would be appreciated!

This is still an issue and quite a large one at that. Over at Trueachievements its quite the discussion topic. Really wondering what MS is doing on the backend that would screw over the achievment system so badly. I recall hearing that there were some changes
afoot with regards to showing off your gaming history.... wonder what the techies broke.

I lost ~46k today and oddly enough, the game I popped achievements in when I noticed the issue is one that is displaying incorrectly (The Food Run)

Please address this issue. Its been happening for months now.

*EDIT* No enforcement issues - not to mention the achievements in question are W10. Those are not reset with a correction. Additionally, with a correction you can not open the game via X1/360/W10 App and see the unlocked achievements as they would no longer
be unlocked.

To fill in some "blanks". Actually, every Achievement Unlocked has a few methods of the order it appears. If you Unlock an Achievement and view it from your own Profile it will simply show in the order the Achievements were Unlocked.

If you Compare Games with someone else (Friend or not doesn't matter), it will show both the combination of your Achievements and their Achievements but in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s.

If the other Player has Achievements Unlocked that you do not, it will show in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s with yours showing Locked directly across. If you have Achievement/s Unlocked that they do not it will be at the bottom of the Compare Games
in order of which the Achievement/s were Unlocked from your Profile.
