Not all games achievements are compatible with all the languages (for example, I play Fall guys in Spanish but some of the new achievements are completely in English)

Just to let you know. Ukraine is not a supported region for Xbox services, so this can be the reason if you are not able to see Russian or Ukrainian language for achievements.

Make sure if your PC region language is set to Russian - Russia:
Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Región

I see, we can try some things to see if you're able to see the game bar achievements / notifications in English:

A.

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset and check

Reinstall the game bar via powershell command

Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to uninstall the Game Bar from your system.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Now head over to Microsoft Store and search for Xbox Game Bar, install it and give it a new try

Delete the registry keys associated with the game bar :

Press Windows key+R then type regedit and press Enter.

Go to this path (expand the folders using the little ">")

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR
