Achievement‘s Icon Image show incorrect in XBox App

Hello,

I'm a Chinese player.I found the icon image of achievements are show incorrect recently,it show the default grey gold cup image only.The images of achievements deploy at images-eds.xboxlive.com domain web site.Xbox App show achievement's icon image do not
use SSL, the domain hijacking by our government department maybe.While try to access url in images-eds.xboxlive.com,it show a warning page with title [上海蓝云阻断页面].I think it only happen in China.Hope to verify and resolve it as soon as possible.

Home screen in my xboxone missing app icons And in my games and app screen it does not show any of my games our apps

you have to go over it and then you will see the writing but no images and the game will load up and play

but then on the home tab it misses the icon just show the link dose anyone know how to fix this

I am seeing the Angry Birds icon for some of my games on XBox 360 as well. I think clearing the cache will only work after they fixi the glitch on XBox Live that is causing the image to get replaced on some games. Once that gets fixed, then clearing the
cache will fix the incorrect image displaying. That is what happened the last time this problem occurred.

Based on the screenshots that you provided, the 1st and the 3rd image appear on your achievements section normally show up if the Xbox app is having a problem with loading up the images of your achievements. It is caused by a network issue when the app is
trying to load the images. Have you tried signing out your Xbox account, then sign in again in the Xbox app? If so, I recommend that you reset the Xbox app by performing the following steps below on your computer:

1. On your computer, press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access
   Settings app.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Under Apps and features, locate the Xbox app.
4. Select the Xbox app, then click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your console.

As I said before, images-eds.xboxlive.com domain maybe hijacking by our government department.I think it need confirm by microsoft China employees or other Chinese player.If xbox app using ssl access these images,there will be no problem.Because I using images-eds-ssl.xboxlive.com
to access these images,it working properly.

 

By the way,I have verified this problem at two diffrent city in China,and I have let my friend verified this at another city in China. Images at
http://images-eds.xboxlive.com can't access,images at https://images-eds-ssl.xboxlive.com is fine.

OK.I think I must be give up.I have report this issue to xbox China service through web cheat and sina weibo and report at here also.But your are like play football,kick me from here to there and regard me as a fool..
