Achievements have disappeared

A couple days ago now a sizable chunk of my achievements and corresponding gamer score disappeared from my profile. I had approximately 160,000 gamer score and now its showing around 85,000. Additionally, games that I had earned achievments in are now showing progress as 0/1000. I’ve tried deleting my profile from my xbox and then selecting it again as a new profile but it has not fixed it. I have also unlocked a few new achievments to see if that would fix it and it has not, it has simply added to my currently reduced score. I’ve contacted support three times about the issue now but still haven’t determined a cause or a solution.

The game i was playing when this all started was Football Manager 2021 Xbox edition on my xbox one x. If anyone as any idea whats wrong or what i can do i would appreciate the help.

If it's xbox one games then it's a glitch that has been happening for a couple of years.Had it happen to myself where i just lost over 200k gamerscore.

No one knows why it happens but it should just correct itself within a few days.

Everyone i've encountered with this glitch has got their gamerscore back to normal,including me,but like i said,it could take a few days.

This is probably only a system glitch if you give it a few days this should correct itself.

If the games showing missing gamerscore are One games, it's a glitch that happens randomly. It usually fixes itself within a few days.
