Achievements Gone / Succès disparus

Hello,

Yesterday my gamerscore was about 270 000 G and now i am at 155 174 G.

I was surprised to see that all my XBOX ONE games achievement was gone (all the XBOX ONE games in my list - and there are many - are now at 0/1000 G).

Only my XBOX 360 games achievements still remains and those of the XBOX ONE game i was playing at the moment the problem came up.

Is there something i can do ? Someone can help me ?

Hier mon gamerscore était d' peu près 270 000 G et maintenant il n'est plus que de 155 174 G.

J'étais surpris de voir que tous les succes de mes jeux XBOX ONE ont disparus (tous les jeux XBOX ONE de ma liste - et il y en a beaucoup - sont 0/1000 G).

Seuls les succes de mes jeux XBOX 360 et du jeu XBOX ONE auquel je jouais quand le problème est survenu, sont toujours disponibles.

Il y a-t-il quelque chose que je puisse faire ? Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Hello, just did, nothing change.

I guess the problem is not just on my console but my overall account. When i login on the Xbox phone app or the website i'm at 155 174G too :/

Try removing your profile and then add it back to see if that helps.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue. As mentioned by XBF Leslie, Brad, and Steven, try the following steps to contact customer support:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Choose the category - Xbox or Xbox on Windows 10
Step 2 : Ask a question
A new window will pop up
Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such
as:

Message with an Xbox Gamer
Call me back ***
Ask the Community

Unfortunately, here in Xbox Forums, we do not have the appropriate tools to further assist. As recommended please
contact customer support for further assistance.

Sorry for the confusion!

If you're having problems getting in contact with support, I would say that when prompted to speak to a virtual representative, that you decline so that you are offered different support options on the
contact us page.

Now, I would like to also clarify that you should not need a new code.

If you had redeemed a code on your account, the licenses should be applied to it through our services including any game DLC. If it's on the One, it should also save your saved data as well. If the game disappeared, or got uninstalled, it should come up
in the "Ready to Install" section of Games & apps.

If the game does not come up in Games & apps, then I would make sure that you are signed in the account that the game was purchased through by checking your order history at

account.microsoft.com or on the console at Settings> Account> Payment & Billing> Order History.
