Achievements gone bonkers

when the Xbox preview launched I never had issue till then and only then.

All my achievements say zero but they are not.

I click on game. Shows 36 out of 60 achieved. Game score 600 out of thousand. Back out shows zero. Some of my achievements show the year earned 1775. What is going on. I have noticed a lot of my achievements I didn’t earn showing earned. Again what is going
on. I have one game mincraft I earned 40 achievements but only show 20 unlocked with gamer score actually showing in profile. That’s it. I have been gaming on Xbox for 12 years earned and played a lot. Xbox support can do nothing to fix cause they have no
idea. I keep telling them I have been hijacked somehow. Again all my stuff was good till I signed up to that preview program next day it was all gone. What the heck. 12 years gone in a day. Compute that. Then no one can fix. Thanks

This is all 360 related. Xboxone have no issues earning new achievements on xboxone games only.

But Mantis, had you not been playing Skyrim you might have gone bonkers and done something irreparably stupid so Skyrim has contributed to your mental health.

You mentioned that you reached out to the live chat team regarding this achievement issue. When you contacted them, were you given any specific steps or instructions regarding this?

Also, did you mention to them that you believed that your account was
compromised? If so, were you given any specific steps regarding that? If you haven't mentioned it to them, we recommend contacting them again when you get a chance.

Lastly, do you recall when you realized this issue? Do you see a date on when these achievements were earned?

I went through and told them everything wrong with this account. I said someone messed everything up. I have achievements back to 2006

Until 3 years ago when I signed up for that preview crap. The next day my system was ablitetated. Xbox support directed me to the forums telling me there is nothing they can do.

Who can then you are Xbox correct. It is your system correct. Not one person wants to claim responsibility for nothing. If this don’t get resolved here soon I had enough and their are a lot of attorneys against game company’s that would love the opportunity
to do something about it. I lost a lot of years and my account due the problem. Xbox left me high and dry.
