Achievements/Games do not synchronize on profile "2"

Howdy,

1. Achievements earned in-game for Angry Birds Space, Stella, and Seasons do not show in my profile,
neither do the games themselves.

2. Games on profile like Angry Birds Rio no longer update, shows 7 achievements although the whole game has been unlocked.

3. Games tried for first time for troubleshooting has
same issue, e.g.: Make it Rain, unlocks in-game, absent from profile all together.

Incorrect timestamps

I have been patient, but this only caused my achievements to synchronize in the incorrect way. Any tips or tricks i may do that will solve my issue other than being patient?

You can do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, but as the other guy said, there is a problem with the achievements

 

PS: Issue since at least December 2014.

Unfortunately Egypt is not an Xbox Live supported region, which means we cannot guarantee an optimal experience and some features such as achievements may not function. Here are some steps you can try that may solve the issue:

• Uninstall and reinstall the Games that are not earning achievements.
• Attempt the achievements again after uninstalling the game.

I am really sorry but who said anything about "Live"? None of the games I mentioned are multiplayer.

It has nothing to do with WP games, I know the Live silver ribbon games on WP, and none of the above games are, they are standard green ribbon games for WP. They used to work perfectly since 2012.

Xbox Live is a service that encompasses all of Xbox, which includes Windows Phone gaming. It hosts the achievements for the games you have mentioned, as well as the profile you play them on. Unfortunately we still can't guarantee that
every feature will work as intended because Egypt is a region Xbox Live is not supported in.

 

You've been helpful thanks, but some probing into the issue from the techies side would be nice, after all there's a
humongous other thread, cannot be unrelated and I have no clue why I've been sent here all alone honestly. Thanks again.

I live in the United States, and my play area is the United States. And I had an achievement glitch on me. It unlocked in game, and did not unlock on my profile. I assume I would have more achievements that did not unlock except for the fact that I immediately
quit playing all of my phone games once the first issue occurred.

 

Hey, guys! Joe's issue is not the same as everyone else's as he earned his achievements outside of a certain time frame. Please be aware that while something may sound like a similar issue, it is not the same thing when
it comes down to the intricate details.

Since joe is located in a region that we do not support, we will be unable to support him. I see that the rest of you are already in the large thread. Please keep an eye there for any further updates. Thanks for understanding.
