    Achievements For YouTube App Not Working


    I just got the YouTube app and I've noticed that not even the achievement for signing in works. I haven't noticed anything Xbox-related on their Known Issues page, and achievements for actual games are working just fine as far as I can tell.

    I've tried signing out and in, rebooting my Xbox, basically anything I can think of. I was hoping you guys would have an idea about what was going on.

    Hey there,

    Have you had a chance to run through the steps on our
    Achievement Troubleshooting page    ? Run through each step, and be sure to fill out the survey if you don't see a resolution after 72 hours. That way the data can be passed to the appropriate teams.

    Same issue. I wish this would work because I want to make the achievement art of UUDDLRLRBA my XB1 background.

    Achievements app wont open - error code 0x87c40011

    No, two achievements related to Assassin's Creed Unity DLC (100% synchronization and COOP missions) are still locked on xbox.com and my achievement APP.

    Obviously I completed (100%) that DLC

    My achievement APP is working now (I unlocked 2 Youtube achievements this morning), unfortunately those AC achievements are still locked and my gamerscore hasn't yet been updated.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with achievements! If you haven't yet, https://support.google.com/youtube/?page=start.cs#topic=4355266 to ensure there are no known issues with their app and their achievements. If they confirm that they should still be working, then you will want to follow the steps in our

    achievement sticky    . There's a ton of troubleshooting there, but if that doesn't work you can fill out the survey at the bottom of the post. This survey is sent to the team that investigates issues with achievements; this will notify them of any potential
    issues.

    Outside of this, we cannot assist with achievement issues and this thread will be locked. If you need assistance with any other support issue, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

    I have the EXACT same issue! So frustrating, my OneDrive is more time consuming to deal with, and pointless in my opinion, since I only care to upload to YouTube. No one can seem to answer why it does this
