Achievements for Xbox 360 games not appearing on Xbox nor the Xbox mobile app

It's a known issue, and Microsoft are working on it. Your achievements you get in an Xbox 360 game will still go on your profile, they just won't show up.

You should be able to see the stats for the game played.

Go to All Achievements and click on the game you want to view. There will be a tab to the left that says "stats" and it will show you the time played.

You can also see it on the mobile app by going to Achievements, and click on the game and it will show the information for the game including gamer score, achievements unlocked, and time played.

No, friend. The most of stats for abox games are empty.

There aren´t any stats on xbox neither in archivements nor in app nor in profile page on pc

For the Xbox 360 achievements, the troubleshooter I linked will be the best next step to follow. Do the mobile games you're playing on Windows Phone have the green Xbox Live banner on the app icon? Those are the games that will track progress on Xbox Live.
If the games you are playing do not have the green Xbox Live banner on the app icon, that may indicate the game does not have an achievement list or any connectivity to Xbox Live.

Beamizh, The points are saved in your ID, can you check this increase in points through the xbox app, but the achievements still don't appear?

How long ago did you make the achievements?

Go to the xbox app, in the achievements tab, use the filter "only xbox 360 games". See if it appears this way

I found different symptoms of xbox app on different platform:

Xbox app on xbox one always should total achievement as zero for all games. You can see which game you are playing, but you can't turn on achievement tracker as it always grey out.

Xbox app on windows 10 navigate to achievement page on any game, it just keeps loading. After a while the achievement tab will even disappeared.

Xbox app on android / windows 10 mobile cannot access to any achievement page, and some time

Xbox app on windows 8 / windows phone 8, & achievement page on
xbox 360 surprisingly work fine and able to show achievements correctly.

Not sure is there any way to fix all this....
