Achievements for Decommissioned games

I recently went back to start getting achievements in older games. I tried to play Doritos Crash coarse 2 but it would never log me onto the game. I would just sit in the menu. So I looked it up and it said the game had been decommissioned. Now I have a
game which is on my achievement lists that I have no way to play. I have achievements that I can no longer unlock. I contacted support and they said that my best chance was to post here and so they could try and work on it. The reference number is 1389278549.

Kinect Sesame Street TV SmartGlass

Hey, Tater! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was still working with the teams for an update on the Smartglass portion of this.

This game was officially decommissioned on October 12th, and we've made an announcement
here. The ability to connect via Smartglass has been affected, and users will not be able to connect to Kinect Sesame Street because of this. Content streaming for this game has also been disabled.

If you're on a 360 and you haven't earned any of the achievements in the game, you can remove it from your game history (How to Delete game history on your Xbox 360 (Xbox 101) « Xbox 360 :: WonderHowTo)
