Achievements, error codes, 0x87c40011, 0x87c47500

same for me since last night, tried everything reboot all nothing work, i contacted ms support for nothing, and can't see or unlock any on xbox one and xbox.com, they telled me to post a message on xboxachievments i'm not register wtf, Microsoft sucks since
they launch the one, i don't know what to do, alys got this error and i am on the program beta maybe we are all???

 

Same issue here cant view acheivments on internet or xbox one. Started for me this morning

Im getting the same thing my achievments not working and i cant earn any xbox is there anyway to fix this.

 

call ms they say to wait one week or month *** them

 

how to fix this whitout help of ms cause the error is on their servers

 

I have the same problem where this error will appear when I attempt to launch the achievements app, and your trouble shooting steps aren't working

 

I think it might have something to do with their latest update

 

Just got home tonight and booted my xbox up. Last night i got an achievement in a game and when i would go into that game it would show the achievement unlocked but as an overall for the game it was not counting. Tried to go to achievement app tonight to
see if it was fixed and i got the same error message everyone in this thread is getting.

 

I am also having this problem. It started this morning when I woke up. The achievement app won't open and no achievements are unlocking. Also they won't load when opening the smart glass app. This is super frustrating. I believe it's the same error code
everyone else is getting which is 0x87c40011

We've been receiving reports that this issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue, please try these troubleshooting steps below.

• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
• Try launching the Achievement App again.

If after you've done these steps and you're still receiving these errors, I would suggest creating a new thread detailing what's going on, list out any troubleshooting you've done, and any error codes you may be receiving. Thanks so much!
