Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

Yeah, I had no luck with the suggested background change fix either. Just tries to open the app fullscreen and gives the 0x87c40011 error instead of the 0x87c47500 error when using snap.

 

I have this problem and its been going on for like two days now. I can't even view my achievements on the site.

 

Same thing is happening to me. I haven't been able to unlock or view any achievements for two days now. Cant even see them in the site.

 

I got the same error. I cant see my achievements and my friends they cant see my xbox one games achievement also.

 

Unfortunately, I am having this same issue. This happened in December as well and took forever for them to fix. Quite frankly it is unacceptable. Nine years I've been loyal to Xbox, and I'm seriously considering a PS4. So many annoying glitches with the
Xbox One.

 

Yup. Been happening to me for 3 days now. Cannot view or earn achievements.

 

Same issue here. Can't pull up achievements on the Xbox One via snapping the app, opening the app full screen, on smartglass, or via the website. Hope this gets fixed soon.

WTH I am getting this error code also. My son is on the same system as I am and he can view and earn achievements but I can't and speaking with XBL support gets you nowhere. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!! I should just stick with my PS4 because every week I am having
issues with this service. XBL has gone downhill in my opinion.

 

Oh yeah Miss Diggz "verified answer" doesn't work either. Something on their end as usual!!!

 

I am also getting the error code 0x87c40011. I played Halo:MCC a few days ago and everything seemed to work fine. Yesterday, I was playing AC: Unity and realized my achievements were not popping. I go to snap to the achievements and I get the message "Please
check back in a while. You haven't lost any achievements... we just can't show them right now. (0x87c47500). So I tried hard booting it and it didn't work. However, I can log off and sign into my husband's profile and look at his achievements just fine. I
tried to reset my background color (it's was already a solid purple) to another solid color and nothing happened. I tried to change it to a achievement background and I get the message "Something went wrong. Give it another try. If this happens again, let
us know by entering 0x87c40011 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. I also tried viewing my achievements on xbox.com and got the message " Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.It appears you've found a glitch in the system.date:

Not working for me either; been down since Sunday night. Same as pretty much everyone else; 0x87c40011 error code on Xbox One, "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system." on Xbox.com, and Xbox One SmartGlass simply
says something went wrong.

And yes, I've reset everything I can think of multiple times, including my modem and router. No dice. So don't tell me it's a problem on my end.

 

I'm having the same problem. It started yesterday morning and it's still going. I can't even view my achievements on the Xbox website itself.

I restarted my console (held the power button in for 10 seconds, unplugged it for a while and so on) and the problem still persists.

I mean, I can still play games and so forth but it's a bit annoying when I'm restricted for some reason from even viewing my achievements.
